- Paste a sales page or your website, or type a product, niche or keywordType it in Sales page, website, product or niche. Add anything else under Anything else?. Pick the Google country under Search market (type to find any of 98 markets) and the Search language where the country has more than one. Use Tell it in your own words at the top, then Fill the form.
- Optional: who it is for, and the voiceIf you build for clients, pick the client under For (your client profiles are under Your account, Clients): the work uses its brand colour, voice, call to action and lead notifications, and is saved under that client in Your work. If you saved personas under Your account, Personas, pick one under Persona (BETA) to write in its voice and follow its Always and Never rules for this task; left on the default, it uses the client's default persona, else yours, else your profile voice. Aha Studio's own honesty rules always apply too. Each picker shows once you have saved a client or a persona.
- Check what it understoodIt reads the page (a sales page makes it an affiliate site) and shows real searches with their monthly volume and difficulty. Searches marked Easy win are the most winnable; Easy wins only hides the rest. Pick The search to build the site around, or type your own.
- Set up the siteWho it is for, the kind of site (Affiliate, Authority, Local business, Personal brand, Comparison or Advertorial), your affiliate link (affiliate and comparison sites) or the page the advertorial sends readers to, and how many pages (3, 5 or 10). A local business also lists its services, who it serves and the areas it covers. Open Site profile drafted by the agent to adjust the site name, how it should read, the angle, why people buy and what holds them back.
- Press Build my demo siteWatch it find the real searches, watch hands-on reviews on YouTube (for buying sites), plan the hub page and articles, check each page can win on Google (SERP Gap), and send each page to the writer. The build card shows the time so far, an estimate of the time left and what it is doing now. Pages are written on our server, so you can close the page and come back to the same link.

0 of 7 done- Check the reviews it foundUnder Hands-on reviews the pages draw on, use Leave out on any video you do not want credited.
- Read the SERP Gap verdictsIn the Site plan, each page shows SERP Gap: Winnable, SERP Gap: A stretch or SERP Gap: Too strong with the reason, and the plan is ordered winnable first. Then, under Images for your pages, press Make images (it shows how many) to create a featured image and an infographic for each page. Prefer ChatGPT? Press View on a page, open its ready prompt in ChatGPT, then upload the image it makes.
- Read the list What the site needs from youIt lists the facts only you can give (your name, bio, contact email, first-hand notes) so the site is about a real person, never an invented one.
Advertorial: a story-led sponsored page
0 of 5 doneChoose Advertorial as the kind of site and the hub page is written as a long-form advertorial: a clear Advertisement label at the top, a story (the problem, the discovery, the proof, the offer) and one call to action. Site Sniper looks at live advertorials in your niche first, then writes.
- Give it the linkAdd the page the advertorial should send readers to under Where the advertorial sends readers. The call to action links there, marked as sponsored.
- Answer Do you have your own story or proof? Most affiliates have none, so No, write it as an honest look is the default: the story is the reader's own situation and the discovery, the proof is what the maker says (attributed as the maker's claim) and what the researched pages show with a link, and nothing is made up: no person, no quote, no number, no result. Choose Yes, I will give it to add your own story, a result you can show, or a customer quote you have permission to use, and the page tells it as yours and adds nothing to it. Either way the page never shows a placeholder.
- Read Left out until you add itIf a spot in the story needed proof you have not given, the page leaves it out rather than inventing it, and the card lists what was left out. Add the real thing under Make it yours and the page is rewritten with it.
- Read What advertorials in this niche look likeThe build step Reading the advertorials that run in your niche searches for live sponsored pages, reads up to six, and shows their patterns on this card: headline shape, opening hook, story arc, proof devices, call to action and length, with a link to each source. Only the patterns are used, never their claims. If nothing usable is found, the card says so and the page follows the general structure.
- Check the label before you publishThe Advertisement label is the compliance line the FTC and the ASA ask for. It stays at the top of the page through every rewrite; leave it in place wherever you publish.
Publish
- 1Open Put it on WordPress Once every page is written, under Finish your site.
- 2Connect your site With an application password from an Administrator or Editor account (Users > Profile > Application Passwords), then press Connect site.
- 3Save the pages as drafts Press Save the pages as drafts (the button shows how many). You see each page go from Queued to Saving to Draft saved, with Preview and Edit in WordPress. The hub becomes a page, articles become posts, and About and disclosure pages are added where they apply. Pages already live are updated in place, and pages you already have are never overwritten.
- 4Install the Aha Studio Connector plugin It sets meta descriptions automatically and gives the posts and pages the Aha Studio typography.
Your code, ads and visitor stats
0 of 2 done- Add your own code and adsOpen Your code and ads (BETA) with the publish options. Paste Head code (analytics, a pixel, a site verification tag) and Every page code (a chat widget, a booking button, an opt-in form), and In the article code (an ad unit or a sign-up box) at the place you pick. Under Ads, Add AdSense auto ads takes your publisher ID, and the ads.txt box lists your ad networks. Press Save code, then publish again to put it on your live site. The previews never run it. Only you, the owner, can add code.
- Sell ad spots and count visitorsEvery site you publish is listed under Your account, Ads and stats (BETA). Switch on Ads and Stats for a site, set up your Ad spots, make banners in the Banner maker (design one there, make an AI image on your own OpenAI key, or upload your own), and read Ad analytics and Visitor stats. A new spot goes live the next time you publish the site it shows on.
Managed links: replace an affiliate link without editing the pages
0 of 3 doneAn affiliate link dies or changes, and every page that carries it needs editing. A managed link avoids that: the page carries an address of yours on Aha Studio instead, and you change where it goes in one place. It is still marked sponsored on the page.
- Tick Use a managed linkOn the affiliate programs card, Use a managed link is ticked by default. Paste your link for a brand and press Save link: the link is kept under Account, Links and the pages carry its address, like ahastudio.net/go/your-code/aff-brand.
- Replace it laterWhen the program closes or the link changes, open Links, press Edit or replace on the row, give the new destination and save. Every page follows at the next click. Pages already published keep their links until they go out again.
- Watch the clicks and the weekly checkEach row shows its clicks (all time and this week) by day, referring site and country, as counts only. Every destination is opened once a week; a dead one reads Broken and you get one email.
Refresh: keep your site fresh
0 of 5 doneA refresh checks every written page against Google again: it searches each page's keyword, reads what ranks now, and updates only the facts and sections that have slipped. Your own edits and the facts from Make it yours stay exactly as they are, and a page keeps its old version if the new one scores lower. Each refresh uses part of your monthly AI amount.
- Choose it at the startThe first step has Keep this content fresh: Every 30 days (the default on a plan), Every 60 days, Every 90 days or Off.
- Find the Freshness cardRight under the build card once the site is finished. It shows Last checked, Next check and what the last refresh changed, page by page.
- Refresh nowPress Refresh now, read what it will do and what it costs, then press Yes, refresh now. Our server checks the pages one by one (the card shows how many are done), so you can close the page.
- Where it goesWith update where it is published each time ticked, the changed pages are updated in place on WordPress (live pages stay live) and the site goes out again to Netlify, GitHub Pages or Cloudflare Pages wherever you published it before, the same site as before.
- After a scheduled refreshYou get one short email of what changed. Sites due for a check show Refresh due in Your work.
Your limits
Your plan also includes a monthly amount of AI work, shared by all your AI workers. When this month's is used, the AI work carries on with your own AI key: the provider and model you choose on your account page under AI and data keys, Text and reports. Without a key, it resumes on the 1st. Images always use your own OpenAI key, or the ChatGPT route.
